By placing a bid, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the named company and agree to these terms.

What the winning bid buys

The winning bid reserves one sponsored production slot for Tim Moreton to build, test, or cover the submitted product in a public video. It does not buy a positive review, specific claims, guaranteed views, or editorial approval.

Eligibility and editorial control

Tim may reject or remove products that are unsafe, deceptive, unlawful, unsuitable for the audience, inaccessible, or materially different from the submitted pitch. Tim retains final editorial control over the format, script, conclusions, title, thumbnail, and publication timing.

Payment and scheduling

No money is collected when a bid is placed. After the round closes, the leading eligible bidder receives a secure Stripe Checkout link. The slot is not reserved until payment succeeds. If checkout is not completed before the link expires, Tim may contact the next bidder or reopen the round.

Access and cooperation

The winner must provide lawful product access, accurate background information, and a responsive point of contact. Material delays may move the production window.

Sponsorship disclosure

The commercial relationship will be disclosed on the site and in the video using the disclosure tools required by the publishing platform.

Refunds and cancellation

If Tim cancels the production slot before substantial work begins, the winner will receive a full refund. If the winner withdraws, fails to provide access, or materially misrepresents the product after work begins, payment may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law. Any different written agreement between Tim and the winner controls.
