This site collects only the information needed to run the build list and public build auction.

Newsletter

If you join the build list, the site stores your email address so Tim can send new videos, build notes, and launch updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Build auction

When you bid, the site stores your name, company, work email, product URL, pitch, bid amount, and timestamp. Your company, product URL, and bid amount may appear publicly. Your name and email remain private.

Payments

Winning bidders pay through Stripe Checkout. Stripe processes card and billing information; this site does not receive or store full card details.

Service providers

The site uses OpenAI Sites for hosting and data storage, Resend for email delivery, Stripe for payments, and YouTube for video embeds and upload notifications. Those providers process data under their own privacy terms.
